Dia De Los Muertos or "The Day of the Dead" is a day of remembrance and happiness every year on November 2nd. There are bright colors everywhere on alters covered with flowers, candy and other offerings to the loved ones that are no longer with us. Taking a cue from the vibrant decorations from an equally vibrant celebration I threw together a few things to reflect the style of the day. When you look at the alters you see bold and bright color as well as interesting and detailed patterns, the candy skull jewelry adds to the effect.
